Come celebrate our 26th annivesary with us at the 2012 Beauty And The Beach.

Beauty And The Beach is held over the first weekend in November in beautiful Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Rehoboth is a GLBT-friendly resort town about 100 miles south of greater Philadelphia. The weather, even in November, is gorgeous. Typical temperatures during the day are in the high-60's.

There is plenty to do at Beauty And The Beach. We provide you activities within the confines of the hotel if you wish to stay in, but the town is wide open and welcoming to TG people of every stripe. Go out and shop to your heart's content, walk the boards, or visit many of the local bars and restuarants. You decide how to spend your time; we make it possible.

Our hotel is right on the boardwalk and the beach. Every room is a deluxe accommodation equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and Internet access. Most rooms have two queen-sized beds, while some have a single king. There are also meeting spaces for workshops and vendors. All of the services and facilities are located under one roof so there's never a need to go outside. If you do, however, you'll find that you're just one block from the beautiful downtown shopping district. Want to stroll the boardwalk? It's right outside the dining room, and the beach is just beyond that! By the way, the weather in Rehoboth in late October - early November is in the high 60s to low-70s.

Oh, I forgot to tell you about the food! It is incredible. Every meal is a masterpiece and the desserts are to die for. This is not your typical convention center rubber-chicken meal. The food preparation and presentation are truly exceptional. If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know ahead of time. The CDS Beauty And The Beach Weekend is produced by me, JoAnn Roberts and a group of my friends. We have made every effort to create an event that will be a memorable experience for everyone involved. The weekend is designed to give you an opportunity to live out your fantasies. Dress to your heart's content. Bring your entire wardrobe! The people you'll meet here are some of the nicest you'll ever meet anywhere. They come from different backgrounds, but they all share the same desire: to get away and let "her" roam free. We also encourage and welcome couples to attend and we usually get a large group of them at the weekend. If your partner wonders "Are there other women who deal with this?" then here's where she'll meet them. This is a great place to get to know your partner better.

You have a choice of a Wednesday, Thursday, or (new) Friday (solo only) afternoon arrival. Check-in starts at 4:00 pm each day. Wednesday and Thursday packages include your lodging for 4 or 3 nights, a welcome reception, 3 parties, 4 workshops, all meals, taxes and gratuity. The Friday package includes your lodging for 2 nights, 2 parties, 1 workshop, and all meals, taxes and gratuity. No one else puts a package together like this.

The 2012 rates are the same as last year:

• Double Occupancy (two people to a room or couples)
  • Wed thru Sun: $795 per person, $920 after July 1, 2011
  • Thurs thru Sun: $620 per person, $745 after July 1, 2011

• Single Occupancy (you're in the room by yourself)
  • Wed thru Sun: $995, $1120 after July 1, 2011
  • Thurs thru Sun: $820, $945 after July 1, 2011
  • NEW! Fri-Sun: $600 (solo rooms only), $725 after July 1, 2011

• Extra Days before Wed. or after Sunday: $89/day

Everything except your bar and vendor services are included in the prices above - all activities, seminars, lodging, 3 meals a day, taxes and gratuity. A $300 deposit (refundable) will hold your reservation. Make checks and money orders payable to CDS and mail with the downloadable Registration Form. We can also accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover for deposits or payments of your balance. Use our new online registration here.

PLEASE NOTE: Delaware is a NO SMOKING state. There is no smoking inside the facility ANYWHERE! However, every room has a balcony where smoking is allowed and the restaurant/bar is adjacent to the boardwalk.

Cancellations & Refunds - Read Carefully!

Deposit: A $300 deposit per person is required to make a reservation. Full payment is due by September 14, 2012.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations prior to September 14, 2012 will receive a full 100% refund. Cancellations from September 15, 2010 to October 14, 2012 will receive a refund of any monies paid less a $150 service fee.

No refunds for cancellations after October 14, 2012 as we will have to pay for the room and meals anyway.

Only full payments are accepted after Sept. 14, 2012, no deposits. No personal checks are accepted after Sept. 1, 2012. We do accept Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. Any questions email info(@)cdspub.com.
