The CDS Guarantee: If you are EVER dissatisified with a CDS PUBLICATION OR VIDEO send it back with your invoice and we'll give you a credit toward a new purchase or a refund check for the item amount. Your choice. No questions asked. No arguments. You must be satisfied or we're not.Non-CDS Publications must be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund. After 10 days, no refunds are accepted.All orders are shipped discreetly in opaque white envelopes with the Creative Design Services return address. If you're going with "on-line" our forms are secure and encrypted. |
Online OrderingGo from this page to the Order Form (links below). Check off all the items that you wish to order. When your selections are complete, click on the Process Order button at the bottom of the form. The next screen shows you the content of your "cart" and a subtotal of your order. Review the order. Make corrections as needed and reprocess if needed. If all is well, continue to the next step by clicking on either the Secure Checkout or the plain (unsecured) Checkout buttons. Enter your email address (required) and your mailing address, plus your credit card information. (Please make sure you transcribe the numbers correctly). Sorry, we only accept VISA and MasterCard. We will not fill COD requests. Make any comments in the box provided. If you want multiple copies of items, this is where to note that. When all the fields are filled-in, click on the Calculate Total button The next screen is the finalization of your order. It will show the complete amount, including shipping and handling. If all is the way you want, click on the Purchase button. you will receive a confirmation that the order was sent and we will confirm when it is received. |
Off Line OrderingOff-line order is almost identical to the On-line process. When you get to the screen that asks for your email address, fill that information in along with your address, but "spoof" the credit card field and expiration date fields with garbage input. Then click on the Calculate button.
